Bright to Life Support Services Association (BTLSSA) is a non-profit and charity organization provides community-based services with a philosophy of early and timely intervention.  Our organization  emphasize on the least intrusive/restrictive measures to promote the best interests of individuals and families. The Agency is committed to the provision of innovative, well organized and Individual centered services. BTLSSA registered in 2021 and got Accreditation from the Alberta Council of Disability Services (ACDS) in November 2022. Accreditation process enabled BTLSSA to accept clients who have physical and developmental disabilities. BTLSSA programs include but not limited to Residential Programs, Addiction Supports, Children Services, Day Programs, Supported Independent Living, Group Homes, Community Inclusions and Assessments.

BTLSSA believes that people with disabilities should be treated the same as any other individuals. We believe that individuals should be treated with respect and dignity and be able to choose their rights.

Children Services

Offering support for problem behaviours and helping children learn new skills using evidence-based and holistic approaches. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach used to understand behaviour.

Respite Care for Children and Adults

Respite care is important for those caring for individuals having disabilities. Respite care allows individuals to engage with others. It includes sitter companion services.
 

Residential Support

Individuals are provided with a home environment. The Residential Program can help you find your home and if you would like, a roommate to live with.
 

Community Support

Community support is a program that help individuals to get involved in the community to do similar kinds of activities as the Day Program.
 

Day Program

Day program provides activities for group of people with disabilities. These activities include recreation and developing general skills. Day programs include training that helps people build work-related skills.

Supported Independent Living

The Supported Independent Living Program is a community-based program that provides support to the Individuals who are ready to live more independently in the community.
