BTLSSA is committed to provide the best evidence-based interventions to problem behaviours and other areas of concern. In our team, we have qualified professionals having Master’s in Applied Disability Studies (M.ADS), Master’s in Social Work (RSW) and Nursing Practitioner (NP) who have thorough understanding about disabilities and its impact on the society. Through team approach, we are in a unique position to perform the required assessments, interpretation, recommendations, and a case conference with the individual and the referring source. Our team have the qualifications to administer the required assessments, provide the interpretation as well as concrete recommendations that will benefit the client and the referring source. Team members have been delivering social services for more than 10 years.

Our services have a foundation built on the qualifications of each member. Members bring specific skills that can determine the vocational skills of each assessed individual. The members possess the professional designation that ensures each assessment is completed, interpreted, and make recommendations at the case conference once completed. BTLSSA has developed relationships with government, other stakeholders in disability  support service sector.
